On to the next holiday

Turkey is gone, so now it is time to put up the Christmas tree.  Dave is headed out of town for meetings in the morning, so we had to get the tree up before he went.  The boys and I will decorate while Daddy is gone, but for now we have a beautiful tree in the house.  This is our first year with an artificial tree, but I really like it so far!  These are pics of our branch fluffers...

Happy Thanksgiving

This year we were lucky to just stay home and have family come to us.  Grandpa & Grandma, Uncle Mitch and Aunt Cami, and Uncle J & Aunt Dawn and Mads, Avery, and Drew came to visit on Wednesday afternoon and stayed until Sunday bright and early.

We had such a fun time playing and laughing and eating and coloring and eating and playing games and going to the Temple to do sealings and going shopping and the men went shooting and we ate some more and napped and watched movies and ate and played more games and stayed up late and ate and had so much fun!!!

 We missed Amanda this year as she is on her mission, and it appears that this might be the last year Cami is a single Aunt at our holiday festivities as well.  That's okay, the more the merrier!

Sabree Photoshoot

Aunt Mandy worked her magic again.  Here are a few of the best.  {Truth be told I am still waiting for her to finish editing the others :)}

Sabree is 5 1/2 months.

Little Helpers

Braden is obsessed lately with watching TV, so it sometimes takes some creativity to get him to do something else.  Cooking is a good way to get him involved, and Sabree loves to help too.

Talent Show

Tanner is very talented at the piano.  He is learning very quickly and memorizes his pieces in no time flat.  Early in the month we had piano recital and he was awesome, then we had our ward talent show and he played Silent Night in front of all those people.  He was AWESOME!!!!  I kept asking him if he was nervous and he would say, "no" like I was crazy for suggesting it.  As you can see the kids gathered around him as he played.  When he was done and the whole crowd was clapping he got really embarrassed and hid behind me.  Lots of people came up later and told him what a great job he did.  Daddy was out of town so he listened on the cell phone.

Piano Recital

Tanner is a rock star at playing the piano.  At his piano recital he had all of his pieces memorized and he was so confident and relaxed and enjoys performing.  We are so proud of him.
