Happy 6th Birthday - party 2

When we got to UT on Wednesday night, Auntie had made Colt fun fish cupcakes.  So, we sang "the song" and had a treat.  Grandpa gave Colt a hymn book, which is awesome because he and Tanner are always fighting over the one we have.  But when he opened it up his response was, "Really?  A songbook?  Dumb!"  We all laughed about it, but he is glad to have it and now takes it to church each week and even sings from it. 

Happy 6th Birthday - party 1

Colton was spoiled this year for his birthday. Because it is an even birthday, he gets  party, but sadly his best boy friends were going to be in UT, since Cy just moved there and Bronx was visiting his grandma.  So, naturally Colt wanted to have a birthday party in UT!  Just so happened that we were headed to UT and were able to go a few days early so we could have that party.  But, before we left we had to have a party at home with Dad and the Lindes.  We were lucky cuz Grandpa and Grandma Mills were here visiting too!

If you asked Colt what he wanted for his birthday he would say, "I don't care, just something cool!"

 And as ususal, Grandma Mills pulled through.  Doesn't that look like the face of someone who just got something cool!

 We gave him a remote control spider, also cool, I think!

Colton insists on testing my creative skills by asking for difficult cakes every year.  But, again, I pulled through.  This is Iron Man, in case you couldn't tell!

Baby Blessing

We decided to make Sabree's baby blessing a "no big deal" event.  In fact, we didn't even tell anyone.  My parents were in town, so we had the Bishop come over and blessed her after church at home.  It was a nice little event and she looked beautiful.  The blessing was sweet too. 

Little Baby Sister

Sabree Jeanne Mills is here!  Born June 4th at 3:24pm weighing 7 lbs 13 oz and 20 inches long.  She is beautiful and perfect!  We are all so happy to have her in our family!!

Tball

Tanner and Colton are playing Tball this spring, and it has been so fun to watch them and enjoy their games.  They are on the same team and have a great coach that is one of the players moms.  She is enthusiastic and really wants the kids to learn and have fun.  We have games on Tuesday and Thursday most weeks until the middle of June.  Each week the kids do a little bit better.  It has been a great experience.
