Offer Accepted!!
Wahoo!!! (you should have seen me and my boys do the "we get a new house, a yard, and my washer and dryer back" dance when I got the call this afternoon!) We have a close date of October 30th. It will be the BEST Halloween treat EVER!! We will be in a new house in November! It hardly seems real! Truly, our prayers have been answered, and this is where we are supposed to be!

Congratulations! Is this house in Washington or did you jump over the river to Oregon? If I remember right, you were debating that. The house looks very nice.
