Kindergarten Program

Colton had his kindergarten program this month.  They took a tour around the world singing songs about Africa, Jamaica, Australia, France, and America.  It was fun to see.  Colt of course doesn't open his mouth and sing very loud, but he said he was singing the whole time.  He had two special parts in the program.  He got to play the triangle during the France song, and wave the flag during America. 

Happy Birthday Tanner

Our little Tanner turned 7 this year!  We can't belive it! Since we would be in Idaho on his special day, we had some friends over for a bear cake and gifts on Wednesday before we left. He got spoiled rotten as usual.  Grandma Mills sent him an awesome bug kit, that is probably his favorite, a Case hat from Grandpa Mills which he loves too, a bike from Mom & Dad, a crystal garden growing kit and a video game from his brothers, and legos and a aqua sand kit from his friends.  It was fun to have others celebrate with us.  It sure makes Tanner feel special!

Easter

What a fun Easter Sunday.  Each holiday that the boys are older it is more fun! We had bunny pancakes before church, then colored eggs after church and had our egg hunt.  This year the boys got great big eggs with Legos in them, as well as little eggs with candy.  Braden fevered all night and had a runny nose and Colt had been sick in the night, so just Tanner and Dad went to sacrament meeting, then Dad and Mom switched for RS.  But by afternoon everyone seemed just fine!

Spring Break Week

Sunday we drove to PG with the rest of the crew.  It was nice to have Amanda ride with me and enjoy her company.  Mitch took Tanner with him and Tan loved it. 

We spent time during the week playing with cousins, getting to know baby Drew, I sewed, we had a weenie roast at Grandpa's house with our friend the Richards, Grandpa took the boys to a Jazz basketball game, and then took them fishing and hiking another day, celebrated Uncle J's birthday and played at his new house, and we just had a fun time being with those we love.  We drove home on Saturday so we could spend Easter Sunday with our Daddy.  It is a long drive straight through, especially large and pregnant like I am.

Spring Break weekend

The boys and I loaded the car on Friday afternoon and headed off for the week of Spring Break.  We spent Friday and Saturday night in Rupert at Grammy and Granddad's house and it was fun cuz all the Peterson fam was there too.  We enjoyed conference, riding the 4-wheeler (and Tanner learned to drive), blessing new baby cousin Drew, spending time with Aunts and Uncles, and playing and relaxing.
